Terms of use

1. Service: a platform to create, send and collect invoices. We are not a tax or accounting adviser; the business remains responsible for its data, invoices and obligations towards ZATCA.
2. Account: you provide accurate information, protect your password and are responsible for activity under your account and team.
3. Subscription and payment: plans are paid in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless cancelled. If a payment fails there is a grace period, after which the account becomes read-only without deleting data.
4. Customer payments: processed through the company's own gateway account; funds never pass through the platform. Gateway fees are borne by the company.
5. Acceptable use: no spam, fraud or unlawful messaging. We may suspend a violating account and state the reason.
6. Data: your data remains yours and can be exported anytime. It is processed under the privacy policy and the included data processing agreement.
7. Availability: we aim for continuous availability with scheduled maintenance, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.
8. Liability: limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law: the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
